We were back in the Des Plaines Studio for our first newborn after the short Christmas holiday break, with babies constantly being born newborn photographers do not get a very long break 🙂 Baby A and his family arrived at my Des Plaines studio for their first family portraits the day after Christmas and Mom and Dad did a great job with all the newborn portrait preparations the day of his session. Baby A slept like a dream after we rocked him to sleep and wrapped him up. But first a quick stretch for this newborn after he got out of his car seat. A newborn will usually enforce a break from the session for a feeding.

You never are required to bring any outfits to your newborn session, we have plenty of outfits, wraps and the essentials for a great newborn session. That being said, as a new parents it can be so exciting to look for an outfit for your new addition! Baby R’s mom just had to have this beautiful lace romper and, as you see below, it was the perfect outfit for her. It not only looks like it was made just for her but she was very content in it as well. I am not sure if it is obvious with her ballerina inspired outfit, but mom was and still is a dancer, check out Outlet Dance Company in Elk Grove or ‘Like’ them on facebook.
