Before every experience, your child will receive a surprise letter in the mail from Santa or Sprinkles the Elf! It sets the stage for excitement and builds the magic before they even arrive.

Your child steps into a fully decorated holiday set and becomes part of the fun. No stiff poses here! Just real smiles, natural expressions, and joyful memories being made.

Meaningful Artwork Ordered

After the session, you'll return for a personalized ordering appointment. This is where the magic becomes holiday decor passed down for generations and where you will create unique holiday cards!

Holiday experiences are $450 (495.00 with Santa or family edition) and include a holiday print collection with 3 prints (your choice of 5x7 or 8x10 sizes).

At your ordering appointment, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a larger collection by applying your $375 print credit toward any package you choose. Families typically spend 900+ on artwork, gifts and holiday cards

Sessions are non-refundable. Sessions can be changed to another available date, time and experience. 

What if I book a session now and a conflict comes up on that day?
If your schedule changes, you can move to another available session time for any experience.


Can I upgrade to a different collection in the holiday guide?
Of Course! Your session includes the Holiday print collection of 3 prints, However you can upgrade and apply the collection price of $375 toward any larger collection at your ordering appointment.


What if I just want holiday cards? 
We don’t offer sessions for cards only. here is why: these experiences are so much more than a quick photo. Your child is working with Santa, flipping pancakes in a magical or throwing flour in a set designed just for them. These moments deserve to live beyond the mailbox.

That said, holiday cards can absolutely be added to any artwork collection, using any image you purchase. It’s the perfect way to share the magic with friends and family while keeping the best memories proudly displayed in your home for years to come.


What does the experience cost?
Your $450 booking fee includes the full holiday experience, a print collection with 3 prints (your choice of 5x7 or 8x10), the holiday print collection can be upgraded using the $375 collection price toward any larger collection during your ordering appointment.


How do I prepare for the session?
After booking, you’ll receive a link to a guide on clothing colors and links to suggested outfits as well as info on what to bring and wear. 


Will my artwork be ready in time for the holidays?
Yes! as long as you place your order during your scheduled ordering appointment time frame (typically the Monday or Tuesday after your experience), we guarantee Christmas delivery. Holiday cards will be ready even earlier so you can mail them ASAP!


Can I bring my pet?
If your pet is part of the family (and let’s be honest, they definitely are), we’re happy to include them in some of the scene! Just give us a heads-up when booking so we can prepare accordingly. Occasionally we need to move your session time to accommodate any allergies or back to back dogs in the studio. If that is the case we will reach out. Santa loves dogs! However Mrs Claus is allergic so she will step out of the scene your pup is in.

Perfect for little ones! It’s cozy, simple, and especially great for babies and toddlers. Easy setup for families with infants. This beloved set is taking a year off from our public holiday schedule but they're not gone! This is available as private Signature Session built around your family, your schedule and your desired artwork.

    🍪 Holiday Cookie Baking
Best for ages 3 and up who can stand safely on a stool. It’s hands-on, messy fun for all ages and always a hit with preschoolers through early elementary. This beloved set is taking a year off from our public holiday schedule but they're not gone! This is available as private Signature Session built around your family, your schedule and your desired artwork.

    🎅 Santa & Mrs. Claus North Pole Mailroom
Wonderful for all ages. Santa and Mrs. Claus are amazing with kids of every age since they can hold babies who can’t sit or stand yet!

And don’t worry - big kids love Santa too! It’s all about capturing the magic, whatever that looks like in your family right now. ✨ We have had families with kids as old as 17 in to hang out with Santa!

Best for kids who can sit independently and the more chaos they can cause the better! Little ones not quite sitting yet can participate in our Family Edition.
